You win some, you (don't) lose some.

So today is the first weigh in that I went UP, granted it's only +.2 so that's a total of 3.6 ounces, but it's still a little bit of a blow to the spirit.  I ate right, I worked out and yet a loss just wasn't in the cards this week.  I'm sure there is a very simple explanation to this, like the fact that I didn't eat dinner until 9pm last night....ooops!  Well anyway, onward and upward or downward rather. 

On the positive side the win for the week - I can SEE the changes even if the scale isn't moving.  I'm not repulsed by what I see in the full length mirror when I walk by it....and even better yet this change is even more noticeable for me when I am naked (TMI?), I'm not ashamed of that girl - and that FEELS GOOD!
