Wins the race right? I put up my weekly weigh in tracker over there to the right....do you see it? I mentioned in my last post that I joined WW at the beginning of March after seeing an ugly number on the scale. Do you see the first 2 weigh in's? That is the "ugly" number that led to action, and the second number is what I officially started WW at. In those 4 days I went back to counting calories, and lost 1.5 lbs, amazing what paying attention can do!
So to date both calories counted and WW, I've lost 8.1lbs.....woah slow down nelly right.....WRONG. Here is the thing though, I'm OK with this - no really, stop laughing, I am! Like I said in my story, I'm at a point where I realize, yes Tiffany you need to lose some weight, but I also know I need to exercise and watch WHAT I am putting in my body not just how much. So really, I'm loving this life - for the most part I eat what I want, when I want and make adjustments for the splurges.
This lifestyle I'm starting to live also makes me see that I. NEED. TO . WORK. OUT, my body craves it, and I'm loving it. So here I go, slow and steady. Next weigh in is Friday....I'll be honest, I'm a little concerned that this will be a "bad" week in numbers thanks to that speed bump of a holiday meal over the weekend, but then again - I'm not bothered, because I lived my life and I didn't feel restricted.
